Reflux Classifier Project

The reflux classifier is a new technology that is used in the mining industry for particle classification and gravity separation. This project was my first project with Hatch. I helped the team with the following duties:

• Checking the P&IDs, Isometrics drawings, and 3D Model.

• Preparing various piping construction packages outlining procurement and construction procedures. 

• Preparing piping deliverables like the piping specification, piping line list, and valve list.

• Sizing and designing specific parts of the Reflux Classifier Feed Tank and validating my design using FEA analysis.
